LOPSA was already using a different cloud hosting provider for
the past website. Cloud hosting is ubiquitous these days, this is
not a battle worth fighting.
Then the organization should update their privacy policy to account
for that "business need" they have to share the data with third
parties, the same as any other company/NPO does, and then announce
that upcoming change to the policy, allow folks to have their data
removed and opted-out, etc.
That's what "professional" folks do.
