I'm impressed.

A good question for Justin and the board to answer on list as well is 
what's our ETA for a lock box on the front of the building with a front 
of the building door key? I overheard that some details of the placement 
need to be worked out with management before that happens. (but that the 
permission is definitely there for it)

And if fob access for the building front door is a long time (or never) 
coming, then we should have a policy of changing the lock combo often, 
with new combo emailed out. But, such changes should be on a schedule or 
with advance notice, as some of us try to only look at email once or 
twice a day and less on weekends (even those of us who write mega 
emails), and some of us don't have smartphones and/or celluar enabled 
tablets to look such a thing up as we're standing outside in the cold at 
a door...
