I looked at the doors today. Street door will take a bit of work but it shouldn't be too hard to install the card access, and a locksmith shouldn't be necessary. The complex task will be hiding the cable as the landlord wants it, I may need people who are willing to paint to help me.
The really-old-looking Sksp2 door should have easier wiring, but it'll be more work to carve out the wood cleanly. It looks like the work could be done just in the frame, without modifying the door.
