Richard and I were messing about with that boardroom drop in an attempt to
get rid of the best of wires that usually lurked by the wall...

Neither of us was happy with how it turned out and planned to pull it down,
only we both had to take off after that library meeting.  A pack pole or
something might work, but I think a better solution would be to run along
the floor and up in the middle of the table.  Anything that doesn't result
in a nest of wires gets my vote ;)
