It’s not so much the ice cold, it’s the expense.

It’s tough not to forget, but for the sake of the space’s budgetary concerns we
need to make an effort.

Ian’s kick ass cost savings reduction plan:

1. Last person in the space at dusk or before he/she leaves turns off A/C
and leaves windows open

2. On Ian’s way to work he closes window in morning

Due to the natural rotation of the earth the large ball of fire only heats the
space during the day (That’s when it’s bright outside, for those programmers
who never venture out). At night it’s generally cooler and the space should
cool. Running fans (not A/C) at night time with an open window will enhance the
cooling action, reducing the requirements for A/C. The “large ball of flame”
should not be mistaken for the “lidless eye, ringed in fire” that’s Sauron and
something entirely different and he is probably looking for two hobbits, one of
which is fat and this situation has a negligible impact on the cooling and
heating of the space.

Pro Tip: Next time take Eagles (at night) to mount doom, dump ring in
lava…problem solved.

Ian

Couldn't you check the security camera or who fob'd in late? Must of felt like
winter in there, I can imagine your disgrace. We just put winter behind us, the
last thing I personally want to feel right now is winter's cold touch on my
skin.

Left the AC going full bore at 23:50 with no one on the space?
