Hey all,

Here are some thoughts. Thanks again for providing the space, it was a great
time!

- Space was great, and honestly I don't know that the heat was that big of an
issue. It's summer, its hot.

- Don't get a presenter laptop but *DO* buy a bunch of spare VGA-to-Whatever
adapters. With that said, speakers *should* bring their own adapters and know
their hardware requirements, and should be asking about them ahead of time.

- Blinds on the windows would help with seeing the screen better (lots of great
natural light, but screen sometimes seemed washed out), or you could look at
getting a stronger projector. The projected screen from the projector seemed
small too...not sure if that's just a setting tweak on it though.

Thanks,

D'Arcy

I added the 2 speakers to the CC list. They could offer feedback on this as
well.

The event went well in my opinion. The space was a little warm but there isn't
much we can do about that. I think we maxed out how many people can comfortably
be in the classroom (~30-32).

There are disposable plates and cups left at the space (probably on the board
table) that belong to Online Business Systems. Please leave those alone as they
need to be returned to OBS.

We should think about whether it'd be possible to expand the classroom
a bit, push the black boardroom table back a bit, and get rid of one
of those rows of blue tables maybe?

Or maybe that's way too much work with too little benefit. Just
throwing it out there. :)

Something else: we should consider having a handy PC / laptop for
presenters to use if they're idiots like me that bring non-VGA laptops
(derp :) ), and we should consider some sort of amplification (mic +
speakers). When I was there last Tuesday, there was one person talking
in the boardroom area that would carry over into the classroom quite
loudly and interrupt me.
