If need be, I bet we could also forgo tables for a couple rows and just use
tightly-packed chairs. The tables are only necessary for people with laptops
or those who are taking paper notes.

Something else: we should consider having a handy PC / laptop for
presenters to use if they're idiots like me that bring non-VGA laptops
(derp :) ), and we should consider some sort of amplification (mic +
speakers). When I was there last Tuesday, there was one person talking
in the boardroom area that would carry over into the classroom quite
loudly and interrupt me.
