Looking in the asx file, the stream is actually the following url. If you are on windows try putting the following into the Radio Url box on the Internet Radio screen:
mms://a1149.l1305038288.c13050.g.lm.akamaistream.net/D/1149/13050/v0001/reflector:38288
If you are on linux you may want to look at AlienBBC. But this also uses the slim asx parser, so this may be the probably the problem..

I dont believe slimserver supports asx streams out of the box. You can, however, look into AlienBBC which is designed to deal with real audio and asx
