I've tried this and only ever get the bounce animation. Are you sure that the hidden editor is still enabled in the firmware 14? I'm running 15 now, but haven't had a chance to check yet. I know someone else posted a while ago that they too couldn't get into the MAC address editor after you last mentioned it.
