I have the same situation here: for some reason the controller will not update via my network (while the jive.bin is complete in the cache folder).
You can update via the sd-card; get the bin from update.slimdevices.com/update/firmware/ The newest is at the moment in the 7.2.1 folder (there was one in the 7.3 folder, but that disappeared).
