FWIW: we're designing the defaults for the new user who doesn't know anything about SC. Therefore I'm sorry: there won't be a "don't start scan now" checkbox, as the user isn't even aware of all the options at this point. We're rather going to rip the wizard out all together than adding this additional checkbox.
