theres an itunes for linux? No, but if you care to and have an ipod made before the "Classic" you can probably run Rockbox. (www.rockbox.org) Plays flac, ogg, and all that and can be synced using your choice of Linux programs. Works great for me - one flac library, no messing about with playlists, converting, any of that and it sounds awesome.
