actually...if this was ALL that you wanted, you could make this work right now: move all your unsafe songs to a separate directory tree. create a shortcut to this directory tree in the safe folder. point your music folder setting to the safe folder and let it scan. find c:\program files\slimserver\server\slimserversql.db and make a copy now, delete the shortcut to the unsafe stuff and do a rescan, with clear library checked. then make another copy of slimserversql.db. just copy over the right db files, and restore or delete the shortcut to match. complicated, but immediately workable.
