It looks like my problem is very different. My log file contains 300+ lines with the following error message:
[09-01-04 15:09:50.2092] Slim::Plugin::iTunes::Importer::Artwork::OSX::exportSingleArtwork (107) Error: Error from artwork script: Error getting artwork: iTunes got an error: Parameter error. [09-01-04 15:09:50.3987] Slim::Plugin::iTunes::Importer::Artwork::OSX::exportSingleArtwork (107) Error: Error from artwork script: Error getting artwork: iTunes got an error: Parameter error. [09-01-04 15:09:50.5874] Slim::Plugin::iTunes::Importer::Artwork::OSX::exportSingleArtwork (107) Error: Error from artwork script: Error getting artwork: iTunes got an error: Parameter error.
