I have tried it with an MP3 and disabled FLAC (which I think means they both use WAV). With the MP3 I just tried, I hear the squeezebox start then 13s later I hear audio from the squeezebox2 but both displays show the same time, i.e. the squeezebox2 says it is 13s in to the track before I hear anything. If I unsync or turn off the squeezebox the squeezebox2 behaves correctly - it starts playing immediately. I have used synchronisation before I have never noticed this until I updated to 7.3.1 (and now 7.3.2).
