Hi Kyle. First, you need to be aware that when you format your harddrive, you loose EVERYTHING stored on that drive. Make sure you have backups of all the important things on the PC before you format the HDD.
Then you simply instert the CD in the PC, and restart the PC. It should then boot up on the CD, and then you will be given the option of reformatting your harddrive or install in a different location.
