I experience the exact same problem as the OP. SB3 (wired) - SBB (wifi) - Tranquil PC running running Clarkconnect
Sync is out in the morning when playing a radio stream (wma - haven't checked others mp3, etc.) by around a second, though this can vary. A player/start and stop makes no difference - they're still out regardless of playback format (Flac, mp3, wma) - until I restart squeezecenter. All is then fine, until the following morning...
