So, you didn't find the three buttons to 'Replace' 'Add' 'Insert' tracks into the playlist self-explanatory? I did spend quite some time pondering over an 'Insert' button that follows the same design-guidelines as the '+' and '>' buttons in version 0.92. But I found nothing I liked. The three new buttons are my idea of a decent & consistent design.
