In the big Touch thread you said you spoke with Anoop. That might be "Anoop M." (http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?u=8996) who has made hundreds of posts on these forums to help users and even solicited contact from customers ("Let me know if I can help with anything.", http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=32938) -- despite the forums not being an official support channel.
