Hm.. you are not using iPeng, you are using SqueezePod, right? With SqueezePod: 1. There's actually two volume controls, the one you control with the keys on the side of the iPod and the slider. They overlay each other. This is very confusing. 2+3 Yes, but not on the device itself but only on the web interface on the PC.
