Are you positive that the compilation tag is not set = 1 in one of your
tags. Open in MP3TAG, right click and select 'extended tags'. If it
shows a compilation field, just delete that field for these files.

by the way, any reason to have 3 different tags within one file....this
often leads to confusion when the multiple tags are not each updated
with changes, etc. Many odd tagging problems reported here are
eventually solved with the discovery of multiple tags containing
conflicting data. You may have your reasons, but in general you are
better off with ID3v2.3 tags only for your mp3 files and vorbis comments
(flac tags) for FLAC, etc. You can easily set the options in mp3tag to
read any tag type, but only keep/write ID3v2.3. Then you can simply
load up your files, select them all, hit the big red X at the top of the
menu bar (delete tags), then immediately select EDIT / undo remove tag.
This will remove all tags then only write the type of tag you want back.
Obviously test this on a few files first to make sure you see how it
works before you do this to 1000s of files at once.
