There are a few pretty complex ways to get this working, and one simple way, but no I don't think there are any audio only streams of TV stations (not that I've ever heard of anyway.
The simple way would be to take the audio output of a cable or satellite box and feed it to the Booms line input. The complex solutions involve TV capture hardware on a PC and several layers of software to extract the audio.
