Oops another thing thats quite obvious, but as nobody mentioned it : After you press + then "add to end" the next pop-up screen where it says adding to end.. I figured that the large black area in the middle probably should contain a miniature cover art, if you are very lucky you can spot it 2 times out of 100 and then only briefly before the pop-up disappears.
This is on the controller.
