Good points all around. :) I examined the PCB and all internal components looking for deformations, bad solders, or scorching and could not see anything. If something was obviously toasted I would not hesitate to heat up the soldering iron and attempt a fix. Can't tie the failure to an event because it was working when I left for work and dead when I got home. Testing each individual component, however, is beyond my expertise (and attention span). ;) -- Hobejam WORK TO LIVE - LIVE TO ROCK ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Hobejam's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=11436 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=75145 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
