Ultraviolet has a library of over 400,000 tracks... you may want to ask
him.

The main problem with such large libraries is that (aside from scanning
which is going to take a while) some lists such as "all tracks in a
genre" are going to be HUGE. They are going to create quite a bit of
network traffic too. The Web UI running on the SBS machine may be the
best front-end for massive libraries, since it would minimise the
network traffic.
