I've got four (or so) OS'es on different systems pointing to the same music.
Linux based VM's take 11 mins to clear/scan the same (buffalo) music collection that takes winders vista b'ness about 34 minutes. WebUI is faster. Noticeable. Especially a 256MB vortexbox VM.
