I've built 'this' (http://squeezeslave.googlecode.com/files/squeezeslave-0.9-154-win-asio.zip) asio binary for you to try. It reverts a change added to support GCC 4.x in asio, but I'm still using 3.4. If this version works for you, I'll file a bug. What "flavour" and version of windows are you running?
