I'm guessing it's a dead end to try to ask them to just link to "our" forum even though it surely would be the best thing to do from a user point of view. It feels like it would be a lot better if Logitech support staff spend their time on one forum (this one) instead having to split between two forums. However, I suppose the same support staff might handle support for many Logitech products and in that case I can understand why they want a Squeezebox section on "their own" forum. Maybe we can send all the trolls to forums.logitech.com ?
