Hi Bluegaspode, Just did the update to 1.3 and it seems that I have lost all my artwork. It was there in the previous version, and still shows up in iPeng on the same iPad.
If you scroll quickly through a list of albums you see the grey "disc" placeholder icons for each album as they flash past, but once you stop scrolling these are quickly replaced with blank spaces where the artwork should be.
