Yeah, that's a bit hard to do, but not impossible.  You'd need a new
table in the database to keep track of when a client last played a
track.  Sadly, this would get wiped on every complete rescan.  I'm
hoping that these will become less and less necessary with the future
releases.

If you're talking about the random mix included in 6.2 beta, you can
already do that.
