After my last post I felt guilty so I went ahead and got Ipeng HD. I take it all back. On the cosmetic side iPeng is just as attractive, and I like the option of using it in portrait mode. I'll use both for a couple of weeks and then decide if there is a reason to keep them both on the iPad.
