I don't have a transporter, only SB3s and Booms, bit I am running 64-bit Ubuntu and 7.5.2. All is working fine here, and I only use FLACs. I have ia32-libs installed as that's always seemed to be a requirement for me (usually as part of the iplayer plugin I think).
Install ia32-libs as Mnyb and bpa suggested, and that should solve the issue.
