7.5.4 was released last week. I have been using it since January, when it was still beta. I haven't had any problems with it, and haven't seen massive reports of problems, but as always at least some users are having problems that they attribute to the upgrade. I'd advise upgrading because 7.5.4 contains numerous small bugfixes over 7.5.1 -- and if it doesn't work out for you it's always possible to go back.
