MySB.com and/or RadioTime are having issues. I think RadioTime is changing their entire stream format so expect glitches. Many have resolved these issues by running SBS server as you are doing (which isn't resolving it for you :(). Maybe try not running your software player? That might be contributing to your problem. Just a guess.
