Hey guys, thanks for bringing this issue up. There's been a 1-on-1 chat with him regarding proper customer relations, so I don't think there will be a recurrence of this issue with him.
We're always interested in hearing about areas where our Squeezebox customer relations could be be better, so feel free to bring those up here.
