You cannot use the Logitech Spotify App, if you want it to work with SqueezePlayer. Spotify not only streams Ogg - they also encrypt the stream - and with the Logitech App only the Radio and Touch can decrypt it (directly on the device). That's why Logitechs Spotify App also does not work with the older devices (Boom, Transporter) who - like SqueezePlayer are not able to decrypt the stream. You need to uninstall the Logitech App first, then install the third party Spotify plugin from Triode (on the plugins page in the settings of the web-interface of Squeezebox Server). It's considered to be the better App for Spotify anyway by most users. This plugin decrypts the stream on the server and sends it as FLAC to SqueezePlayer/SqueezePad and all other Squeezeboxes.
