You need to access the Zyxel NSA via a web browser and as administrator. When you have the admin screen up go to "Media Server/Share Publish". I have all the boxes ticked from left to right on the share named "music".
Once you've done that access LMS, do a clear and rescan, and Robert's your Mother's Brother.
