Hm, what do you mean with "out of synch with server"? Could you explain
exactly what happens, I don't really understand the problem from your
description.
Could you send me a diagnostics mail from within iPeng? Just tap the
mail link under "Help".

If you have to keep flushing the cache it sounds a bit like if the
server is currently scanning but that should not last 24h unless it's
somehow stuck.
