What's the approach to power supply on this thing? Is the thought a wall-wart switching supply with good on-board post regulators for the audio section? Are there EMI concerns? How is the audio section going to be isolated from all the digital switching noise generated on the "computer" portion of the board? Also was thinking about testing. Do these prototype boards get assembled at the fab/assembly house, and then sent out to the individual user without any form of functional test? That may be the only practical approach, as I doubt if John wants to perform a functionality check on even 25 boards.
