With the availability of cheap smart phones and the Android app, it's quite easy to set up your own Squeezebox player. Connect the smartphone's output to an AMP and speakers, or just go directly into a set of computer speakers. The phone's interface lets you do the controlling. You can customize how big the speakers are, from small computer speakers to full size monitors.
