I suspect the first four lines are unnecessary and probably a relic from an older version. I think what they do is create an embedded icon on the compiled exe. Mine doesn't have a foobar icon and I can't find the .ico referenced. Similarly, the "#AutoIt3Wrapper_outfile=FooSQ6a.exe" line doesn't appear to do anything either.
