Thanks for the reply. I wouldn't say my question was pure PLEX as, to me, familiar is I am with LMS, I can't see why it needs an internet connection to stream locally. And there is no forum for PLEX like there is for LMS, to garner reliable info; especially not one constituted by a knowledgeable group of tech savies as exist on here.
