Are you saying that you don't have web access to your LMS installation? All you need to install a plugin is to be able to load http://<LMS IP>:9000 in your web browser. Once there, you would use the Settings link at bottom right, then go to the Plugins tab on the Settings page. LMS 8 nightly running on Raspberry Pi OS.
