If you go to the plugins page in Settings in the default interface (Settings > Server Settings > Plugins > Plugins in Material), at the bottom of the page there should be a checkbox beside "Use unsupported extensions." Check the box, apply, and you should get a list of unsupported plugins that you can install at your own risk. Some of Erlands are included, and SQL Playlist is one of them. Of course there is no guarantee that any of them will work, but as far as I can tell this one works in LMS 8.3. How long that will continue to be true is anybody's guess.
