I spent a year on this stuff. Most every piece of information has much stricter usage laws than people imagine, especially if a company operates under the EU Safe Harbor code. There are strict rules for people who ship packages. They are not the public. Go ask your corporate accounting department for a copy of all the invoice numbers. See if they give it to you.
