So do I, because I have EXACTLY the same problem. SB3, NetGear WG602 AP. The SB3 sees the SSID but will not connect.
I was tempted to shell out for a new AP, but reading the posts here suggests that I'll get exactly the same problem with a different AP. My betting is that the SB3 is faulty - which is a PITA as it was ordered off the web.
