I can't get my iTunes playlists either. I have a new PC with fresh install of iTunes and SS 6.2.1 My iTunes Playlist is in the default setting of C:\DOCU..\MY MUSIC\ITUNES My music is on another drive on E:\ITUNES
I can get all my music via SS but none of my iTunes Playlists come across.
