Ah - rock and a hard place then. :) The bugs you encountered are related to some major changes to the wireless driver which, ironically, are intended to fix a lot of bugs. But we only just checked them in and there are a bunch of new, known issues to resolve with a variety of different routers before we ship it. If you'd like, keep an eye on the Beta forum for an idea of when it will be ready for wider testing prior to release.
