WPA-PSK, which (if you look a little deeper, or perhaps it's the only
choice on your router) would be TKIP encryption.

PSK = Pre-shared Key: ie, you have to put the same key in the server
(router or access point) and in any clients (squeezeboxes, laptops,
whatever).

That's what you want, and at this writing it's considered secure.
