Do you mean a Dl-624 rather than a 264 ? And if so, do you know which revision ?
If so, does the router have any setting which prioritises streaming traffic (bittorrent / VoIP / music) over normal internet usage ? I used to have similar problems when I first installed my Belkin router, until I realised this setting was enabled by default. Is there any difference with Super G Turbo mode switched on / off ? One other thing to check is that you have the latest firmware installed for your WAP.
